Responsabilities

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and performs various accounts reconciliation (e.g. bank) activities within the deadline

Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Maintains company confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Provides monthly financial statements and other relevant reports.

Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.

Calculate bonuses and allowances -Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each week using payroll software

Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.

Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper).

Report on payroll expenses.

Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.

Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.
Qualifications
-
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related accounting course. CPA is an advantage.

1 to 2-years solid experience in handling crew payroll.

Computer and tech savvy.

Ability to analyze financial data, recognize errors and implement corrections.

Salary range is from Php 20-35k depending on experience.
